Consultation

The FramePros custom framing process begins with an initial meeting with one of our design consultations. Consultations occur in one of our seven area locations or in-home or office by appointment.

During the consultation, you’ll discuss the details of your framing vision and goals. Our consultant will offer you a recommendation based on artistic considerations and industry expertise.

Craftsmanship

After sharing your vision with a FramePros design consultant, the craftsmanship work begins on your custom framing project. We will obtain any additional details we need to start, then get to work.

Based on your initial consultation session, our framing specialists will build your custom frame to your specifications, including dimensions and materials.

Inspection

As we build your custom frame order, your piece goes through our 16-step inspection process. The process was developed to ensure you receive an archival-quality frame that will last for decades to come.

Our master craftsmen will make the final inspection on your custom frame. After approval, we deliver your piece. Typically this takes less than one week, with rush options available.
